So my Uncle/Dentist/Godfather is being inducted into the USSSA Softball Hall of Fame for umpiring on Friday! He mentioned that he was going down to Daytona, FL for the induction and they he was having a party. I HAD to make him some cookies to take along and share with his umpire friends.
These are the softball mitts. I really love how these turned out.

These are the actual softball colors that the USSSA softball leagues uses! They are neon green with navy stitching!

This is my attempt at the USSSA logo. It isn’t my fave, but it is close enough! My Uncle’s nickname in the league is “Doc” since he is a dentist. Congrats Doc, we love you!

As soon as Halloween is over, the time seems to fly by. Thanksgiving is right around the corner, so I wanted to make sure and post these adorable Thanksgiving cookies in time for you to try them out!
I was so scared to try these indian corn cookies because I didnt want to mess up and have the whole scheme ruined! I knew I wanted to try both styles – the regular corn with the husks wrapped around the corn and the indian style corn with the husks straight up. My favorite is the bunch of indian corn with husks sticking up.

I also really loved these little turkeys! I did their feathers using the wet on wet technique, and thought they came out perfect!

Thanksgiving isn’t compelte without pilgrim hats and pumpkins.

These cookies make me want to jump into Thanksgiving and eat the yumy feast!

These Halloween cookies were so much fun to make. My husband and I designed the skeleton and Frankenstein cookies ourselves! I think they turned out very spooky.
The skeletons were my favorite!

We went for the cute Frankie instead of the scary Frankenstein.

I also love the little spiders on these colorful webs. Their googly eyes are the best!

The graveyard collection even spooked me!

This was the cute and fun Halloween collection. I like how the bats and pumpkins turned out!

The whole Halloween cookie collection was a big hit for a Halloween party!

I love Fall. I love the smell of fall and the beautiful colors of the falling leaves. The pumpkin decorating, Halloween, football games, Thanksgiving, and my husband and I’s birthday also contribute to my love of this season. I had to try out some cookies to go with the season of Autumn. I came up with some bright leaves, cute acorns, and squirrels.

When your children have a birthday, you have to throw them an all out party! The theme to this 6 year old’s party is Karaoke and rock and roll! It sounds like so much fun and I wish I was one of her friends heading to her amazing birthday party.
Well, to go along with her karaoke themed party, are guitar and microphone cookie favors for all the little guests. I had to much fun with these since they are pink (my favorite color) and adorable!

If these aren’t the cutest cookies to go along with a rock and roll karaoke party, then I don’t know what are!

Happy 6th Birthday Evie!

This was my second attempt at citrus slice cookies. They still didn’t turn out exactly as I planned in my head, but I thought I would show you anyway. I loved the lime color, I just wish it would have looked more like a lime slice. The half slices are my favorite.

I also loved the lemon yellow color, but again, they aren’t realistic enough for me. They do make good cartoon lemon slices though.

Finally, I made orange slices.

Here is a bunch of citrus cookies, that don’t taste like lemon, lime or orange.

I met the sweetest lady when delivering these cookies. The wonderful mother of the bride requested a cookie basket to give to her daughter and son-in law for their honeymoon road trip. She packed a goodie bag of snacks and cookies!
The wedding isn’t fancy or huge, it is a small gathering of family and friends. The bride wore a short white dress, and the groom wore navy pants and a dress shirt.

The bride and groom each had a son who would be the ring bearers. I thought that these would be a challenge, but I absolutely love how they turned out. The cute plaid shorts and polos were adorable, even on cookies!

I also did a wedding cake with their green daisy flowers.

They were getting married in a church, so we had to throw in come churches.

The finished product was perfect for a casual wedding of best friends. Congrats!

My husband’s co-worker gave me a cookie request to make Bachelorette party cookies that matched their corset invitation. The invitation was pink and black and looked very cute. I was so excited to take on this project and create a corset cookie.

I thought that these corsets were absolutely adorable! They looked sexy enough, but the ribbon and tie detail brought them to life!

To go along with the corset cookies, I did a high heel shoe cookie. What is a Bachelorette party without high heels?

These high heels are a bit tall for me, but I have definitely seen a few ladies in higher!

These Bachelorette party cookies look to good to eat, but I hope they did!
